Booking Policy

Bookings
All bookings must be paid in full, seven days prior to the event taking place (same day of the previous week). If posting cheques they should be made payable to Race Promotions Ltd, please allow 3-4 days for post.

Credit Cards can be accepted as payment via telephone at the time of booking. Unfortunately Credit Card payments cannot be accepted on the day of an event.

Cash payments will be accepted on the day of the event, however if you chose to pay by cash, you must first secure your booking by credit card, in which case your credit card will not be charged upon receipt of payment. If you fail to turn up or notify us of your cancellation, your credit card will be charged (see rider cancellation policy).

Events fill up very quickly therefore it is advisable that you book early to secure your place. Space permitting, on occasion we may accept non pre-booked riders on the day of an event. This will be at our discretion and should not be relied upon to secure your place.
